Three directions for an on-device graphic editor

Design exploration only (Nov 6, 2026). Same campaign example—Cedar & Clay weekend market—shown three ways. No accounts, no pricing UI, no production build. Background removal is labeled honestly in every option.

User promise held constant: polished graphic in about 5 minutes · private / on-device · unlimited free editing & export · no account. Existing Lumen notes in /workspace/design/graphic-editor-2026-11-06/ informed Option A’s warmth only; B and C use different spatial models.

Recommendation: Lead with C · Bench for distinctiveness and small-business clarity (assets stay visible), keep A · Folio as the approachable alternate, and reserve B · Inkfield if Travis wants a more “pro tool” face. Shared interaction model in DIRECTION.md. Not shipped.
